Selecting the Workbench 3.1 disks. 1) Go the Disk Drives tab and enable all four drives. 2) Select the Install disk for DF0: and the Workbench disk for DF1: by clicking the '.' For the rest of the drives, just insert any of the other disks. 3) Set Floppy drive emulation speed to 800% to make the installation faster. For a basic AmigaOS 3.1 installation, have these disks (in this order) available. Amiga-os-310-install amiga-os-310-workbench amiga-os-310-locale amiga-os-310-extras amiga-os-310-fonts amiga-os-310-storage. These disks are available from your legally acquired Amiga Forever Plus Edition (or above), any release from 2008 (my oldest one) and up is. First you want to attach the Workbench 3.1 'Workbench' floppy to DF0 on the virtual machine. The floppy is found at C: Users Public Public Documents Amiga Files Shared adf amiga-os-310-workbench.adf and it can be mounted read only if you like. Next we want to copy a few files off that floppy into the RAM: disk as we will need them later. This simple tutorial will show you how to install Amiga Workbench 1.3 on a Hard disk (a Windows folder). Write 'RealAmigaInstall.ADF' back to a normal Amiga 3.5' disk. Don juan mozart. Details of how to achieve this can be found in the file transfer section. Boot your Workbench disk and manually delete all workbench related files on DH0:, except 'System.zip'. Boot from the install disk created in 2) and follow the on-screen instructions. Installing from scratch.

- Installer itself is now part of the system installation (inside the Utilities directory)
